Abstract

In this article, the authors interpret the diversity of the historical development of musical art as an integral system of ethno-national dimensions, while a deeper understanding of the musical culture of the Kazakh ethnic group is presented as the central idea of the study.

The preservation of the cultural heritage of the people should be carried out through an inclusive approach. The article places particular emphasis on the professionalism of the performer and the listener’s ability to perceive and appreciate musical art.

In addition, the article reveals the distinctive features of this field in close connection with the enduring values of society, manifested in its socio-psychological functions, creative processes, and the expressive nature of music.
