FORMATION OF BIOETHICAL CULTURE OF STUDENTS OF PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY IN THE CONTEXT OF MODERN TRENDS AND VALUE MEANINGS OF EDUCATION
Abstract
Annotation. The article is devoted to the analysis of transformations occurring in the goal-setting of Russian education, and caused by objective phenomena and processes of changing society, human civilization. Based on the study of global and local socio-cultural, political, environmental and other processes and phenomena, current trends in the development of society, individual social spheres are determined, which is substantiated as a social basis for modernization processes in education. Generalization of data on current methodological approaches to training and education led to clarification of modern requirements for goal-setting and value definition of the system of higher pedagogical education. In this context, such trends in education as humanization, humanitarization and greening caused by social processes of industrialization, technologization and digitalization are considered. Systematization of scientific ideas about the essence and content of the mission of the pedagogical university, about its transformation in historical retrospect; about the values of higher education and its importance in modern society made it possible to determine bioethical functions and value meanings as a key component of the mission of a modern pedagogical university. In combination, the established data made it possible to actualize the problem of forming the bioethical culture of students of a pedagogical university.
